Drop-in classes for existing HappyTree memberships will still be honoured at Equilibrium Yoga (see below).
Equilibrium classes open to HappyTree students, starting January 3rd, 2020
Mondays from 7:30-8:45 pm – Yin Yoga & Massage with Michelle Chamandy
Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 pm – Hatha Flow & Yin with Naomi Hyba
Fridays from 10:00-11:30 am – Kundalini Yoga with Shabad Saroop Singh
Saturday from 11:45 am-1:15 pm – Hatha Flow with Ghislaine
As usual, just show up 15 minutes before the start of class at our Mile End location – 4812 Blvd. St Laurent, #101. Let the receptionist know that you are a HappyTree student and they will sign you in with your existing HappyTree membership!
