Melanie will lead a mix of Yoga, meditation and guided relaxation, while Shelley and Michelle offer you therapeutic touch in the postures, combined with aromatherapy. Chris, accompanied by his Crystal Bowls, chimes, Tingshas and Crystal Pyramid will transport you into a deeply meditative state conducive to releasing old habits and patterns.
